HD-Wallpapers ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application "HD-Wallpapers – Quotes" (the "App").

- Device & Usage Information: We collect non‑personal information about your device and how you use the App (app version, device model, operating system version, crash logs) to improve the App and diagnose problems. This is collected via analytics services.
- Photos Permission: With your permission the App may save images to your Photo Library. We do not access or upload photos from your library.
- Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or other identifiers may be used for advertising and analytics if you opt in and in accordance with Apple rules.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App.
- To deliver features and personalized content (e.g., trending wallpapers).
- To analyze trends and usage and to diagnose technical issues.
- To serve ads and measure ad performance if you view ads.
3. Third‑Party Services
We use third‑party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These may include (but are not limited to) Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Facebook. These third parties have their own privacy policies and may collect information as described above.
4. Advertising
We display ads in the App. Ad networks may use device identifiers and other information to provide personalized ads. To opt out of targeted advertising, please use your device settings and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency controls.
5. Data Retention
We retain analytics and technical logs for as long as necessary to provide and improve the App, and to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your Rights
You can contact us at support@inspirationalshort.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. If you are located in a jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws (for example, the EU), you may have additional rights under local law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

By downloading or using the HD-Wallpapers app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App on your compatible device according to these terms. All intellectual property rights in the App and the wallpapers (unless otherwise indicated) remain with us or our licensors.
3. User Content
If the App allows you to submit content (comments, uploads), you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App (for example, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, upload infringing content, or use the App in violation of laws).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
